Le site est très bien développé car il propose plusieurs langues à disposition inclus la communication avec le service client par e-mail. J’ai échangé très facilement en français avec une personne du service client pour indiquer ma demande de livraison dans un hôtel à Madrid où je me rendais. L’envoi s’est fait facilement et dans les délais. Très belle attention aux détails - une carte de remerciement personnalisée et signée à la main a été préparée avec soin. Tous ces détails mis ensemble ont fait la différence dans l’expérience d’achat. Je recommande vivement Raceuhsts aussi bien pour l’originalité et la qualité des chapeaux que pour l’expérience client

Good Service but stock not tracked
Having ordered one style I received an email telling me that it was out of stock. I eventually chose an alternative which I\'m mostly happy with but I probably wouldn\'t have ordered it had I known my original choice was out of stock. These days stock control should be pretty easy to maintain but I understand these things happen especially with speciality products. All communication was good and helpful, all written in English too. Brexit has unfortunately made buying from Europe a bit of a minefield so I appreciate that they\'re still willing to go the extra mile for those who decided to make their own lives difficult!
